Authorised use
Users must use AssetTrak only for authorised business purposes, keep credentials secure, provide accurate information and follow their employer’s procedures and applicable law.
Professional responsibility
AssetTrak is a workflow and record-keeping platform. It does not replace professional judgement, statutory inspection duties, manufacturer instructions, trade standards or legal/regulatory requirements. Organisations remain responsible for reviewing work, certificates and asset-health decisions before relying on them.
Availability and records
The service includes offline-first field workflows and synchronisation. Users should confirm that critical records have synchronised before relying on remote copies. Built to Solve may maintain, improve or update the service to protect security and reliability.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material, misuse another person’s account or deliberately enter misleading compliance records.
Pre-release legal notice
Final commercial terms, registered office details and any customer-specific subscription/service terms must be confirmed before public launch.
